A Six Month Mystery - "In Hot Pursuit"
Pattern will be available on the first business day of each
month, and throughout the month starting in April. The quilt
measures 67 1/2" x 82 1/2" before borders and uses 4 colors.
Pick up a new step each month through September. There
will be a show & tell and rewards in October. Each step will
have some cutting & piecing instructions.

NEW Buck - A - Block - Check out the demo boards
at the store!
Starting June 1st, there will be a new Buck - a - Block offered
in 2 colorways, the first colorway will be 30's prints, and the
background will be Kona snow. The second colorway will be
black and white, and the background will be a white with black
print. As always, you can purchase the pattern and fabric roll
for the first block for $1.00. When you bring that block back the
next month (anytime during July), you can purchase your second
pattern & fabric roll for $1.00. This series will use 2" Thangles.
Only one colorway and pattern per customer can be purchase
for $1.00. A second colorway or fabric roll can be purchased
for $3.00. Also, if you are unable to bring your completed block
back the next month, you can purchase the pattern and fabric

Saturday Sampler
Join us in June for 2 new Saturday Samplers. Starting June
14th -- YES, you read that correctly -- it will actually be the
SECOND Saturday of the month. First Saturday always fall on the
holiday weekends, so we will switch Saturday Sampler to the
second Saturday.
#1 -- The traditional Saturday Sampler called "Prairie Stars"
will be offered in two colorways. First, there will be a blue, yellow
& green colorway for the 9" blocks in this series. Second, there
will be a multicolored block every month using a line from Kaufman
fabrics called "Fusions" that are very soft looking colors with tiny
flowers. The background for the blue, yellow, green group will be
Kona White. The background for the "Fusions" group will be Kona
Snow. These blocks look nice with a 1" border and set on point.
We have not, as of yet, thought of an applique or other blocks to
go with these. As always, if you buy the 1st block for $5.00, and
bring it completed to the next second Saturday, you will receive
the next block for FREE. If you miss a second Saturday, you can
purchase that month's block for $5.00.
#2 -- Our second Saturday Sampler is called "Chain Gang.
When completed, this will be a stunning quilt done in what we
describe as "citrus" colors - red, orange, yellow & greens. The
$5.00 block is the 12" chain block. All twelve blocks are different.
To go along with the chain blocks you can purchase a pattern for
$3.50 or a kit for $6.50 for an applique block and/or a paper
pieced star block. Both of these blocks finish at 12", the
background for the chain block will be Kona White. If you want
to use a black or a different background, you will have to purchase
that separately. Also, the kits to go along with the chain block
will include the applique fabric or the star fabric, but NOT the
background for either. You would have to purchase your own
background fabric.
